Yoga, Breathwork + Tapping for Emotional Freedom (From Stress, Anxiety, Anger, Deep Healing)

Tracy will guide you through a gentle yoga sequence focusing on breath work + asana (postures) aimed to improve overall mental and physical health followed by "take home" emotional freedom techniques for anxiety, depression, anger, sleep and deep healing from pain.

EFT or Emotional Freedom Technique combines ancient healing (acupressure points) with modern psychology and clears negative emotions and feelings and pain.

The way the technique works in terms of "science," is that it seems to positively influence the amygdala, the stress center of the brain, the hippocampus and the memory center. EFT "Tapping" involves intention, mantra and while tapping on specific acupressure points to aide in the relief of common health issues.

In this workshop, participants will learn the properly breathe to reduce distress, practice a gentle and nurturing yoga practice and conclude with learning the EFT techniques.
