This workshop will introduce the basic concepts of the energy psychology paradigm called Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and is based on the texts Chariot of Sadhana, by Drs. Martin and Marian Jerry, and Swami Veda Bharati; and EFT for Meditation by Charles and Carol Crenshaw. Our focus will on the two ‘wheels’ of the chariot: abhyasa (practice) and vairagya (non-attachment) as explained in The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, and learning how to use EFT.
