About the event
This 3-part series of workshops will focus on the practices needed to experience the states of awareness described in the Samadhi Pada, the first book of the Yoga Sutras. These workshops will be presented from the viewpoint of a practitioner rather than the usual scholarly commentary of most publications regarding this ancient text. This is expected to be an ongoing series eventually covering all four books of the yoga sutras.
