About the event
Patanjali's Yoga Sutras is THE undisputed guide to yoga philosophy and practices for attaining enlightenment, and is a "must-read" for all serious meditators.
We will begin reading "The Unadorned Thread of Yoga - Yoga Sutras by Patanjali in English" by Salvatore Zambito (a past student of Swami Veda) which contains a collection of the english translation of each sutra by the most significant commentators in history.
The attendance in the Scriptural Study groups is FREE. For those enrolled in an HYMC Teacher Training program, FULL ATTENDANCE earns 1.5 credit hours toward their program.
