About the event
This immersive workshop introduces the timeless teachings of yoga psychology as a practical guide for mental health and emotional balance. Rooted in classical yogic philosophy and supported by modern understanding of the nervous system, we will explore how thoughts, emotions, habits, and mental impressions shape our inner world.
Together, we will examine key yogic concepts such as the fluctuations of the mind, conditioned patterns (samskaras), the witnessing awareness, and the cultivation of steadiness and compassion. Through accessible movement, breath regulation, guided meditation, and reflective journaling, participants will learn to observe the mind with curiosity rather than judgment.
Rather than “fixing” the mind, this workshop invites a gentle shift: from reactivity to awareness, from overwhelm to grounded presence, from fragmentation to wholeness. Participants will leave with practical tools to regulate the nervous system, interrupt unhelpful thought loops, and nurture a more peaceful and resilient inner landscape.
