Join us in a kirtan mantra music meditation, combined with mindful music meditations with, harp, ocean drums and more. Join us to sing from the heart, ground, center, connect and share! Together we will create a sacred space for moving into silence, transformation and freedom. To open voices and hearts in unity. Sharing participatory chanting of sacred songs and mantras from different traditions. To quiet the mind, allowing each of us to journey into the Self. To discover mantra and kirtan chanting as a very simple and joyful way to meditate and celebrate.
